How do we check the sales displayed on the dashboard

This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to check sales displayed on the dashboard for both RSA (Retail Sales Area) and DO (Divisional Officer) users. The dashboard provides essential information about orders, revenue, taxes, and other sales-related data.


Steps for RSA and DO Users:

Login to Your Account

  • Open your web browser and go to the login page of your sales management system.

  • Enter your username and password to access your account.

  • After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard.

Navigate to the Dashboard

On the dashboard, you will find various key performance indicators related to sales, including:

  • Number of orders received

  • Number of orders cancelled

  • Order amount

  • Cancellation charges

  • Discount

  • Net revenue

  • Taxes

  • Business taxes

  • Coupons used

  • Refund information

  • Refunded amount

  • Collection details

  • Sales data

Select Your Store (RSA and DO)

  • If you are an RSA user or DO overseeing multiple stores, you may need to select the specific store you want to review.

  • Locate and click on the Select Store option on the dashboard.

  • Choose the store you wish to view data for from the list.


Apply Filters

  • To narrow down the sales data to a specific time frame or type, you can use filters.

  • Locate and click on the Filters option on the dashboard.

  • You can:

    • Select the period (e.g., day, week, month).

    • Choose the type of orders (B2B, B2C, or All).

    • Specify the order source (e.g., B2B Online, B2B Offline, B2C Online, B2C Offline).

    • Select a specific location if applicable.


View Sales Data

  • After applying filters, the dashboard will update to display the relevant sales data based on your selections.

  • Review the data presented on the dashboard, which will include information about orders, revenue, and other key metrics.
