Steps to Set Delivery Charges on Bitsila Application

Step 1:

Login to the Bitsila application.

Step 2:

You will be taken to the dashboard. Go to the Business Module and select Outlets.

Step 3:

On the Outlets page, choose the Outlet for which you need to set delivery charges.

Step 4:

On the Overview page of the selected outlet, select the Delivery Charges tab. Click on the New button to set delivery charges for the outlet.

Step 5:

The page for setting delivery charges will be displayed.

On that page, Create Delivery Charges by adding the following details:

a. From km: Enter the starting point of the delivery charge calculation.

b. To km: Enter the end point of the delivery charge calculation.

c. Enter delivery charge: Specify the amount that needs to be charged for the delivery.

d. Enter Tax: In the tax tab, enter whether it is tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive.

e. Enter the tax percent.

f. Select Order Type: Add for what order type this delivery charge is applicable. That is for App, Web, Phone, POS, cm, ONDC, Mobile_Website, Whatsapp_bot.

Once you have entered all the required details, click on the Confirm button.

Note: Make sure that you enter the correct values for the delivery charge calculation to avoid any issues with shipping costs.
