Bitsila app also provides an option to set up express delivery to offer a fast and efficient service to customers. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions for setting up express delivery on the app, enabling you to offer faster delivery options to your customers. The aim of this guide is to assist sellers in configuring express delivery on the Bitsila app and provide their customers with a speedy and efficient delivery experience.

Steps to Set-Up Express Delivery:

From the dashboard, go to the Business Module and select Outlets.

Step 3:

Click on the Particular Outlet for which you want to set up Express Delivery.

Step 4:

On the overview page, click on the Order Preferences tab and click on Edit.

Step 5:

Scroll down to the Express Delivery tab and click on it.

a. Add the From and To time for express delivery.

b. Enter the Duration, which is the estimated time it will take to deliver.

c. Enter the Delivery Charges for express delivery.

Click on Update to save the changes.

Note: Make sure to provide accurate and reasonable delivery charges for express delivery to avoid any discrepancies or negative feedback from customers.
