The Bitsila Delivery app is an efficient platform that enables businesses to manage their delivery operations effectively. By utilizing the app, businesses can efficiently manage their delivery personnel, monitor deliveries and ensure that goods are delivered to customers in a timely manner. The app provides a platform for store owners to create delivery personnel accounts, assign them to specific outlets, and manage orders through the app. Delivery personnel can accept orders, view delivery details, track delivery locations, process payments, and complete orders through the app.

Steps for Using Bitsila Delivery App:

Step 1: Login to the Bitsila Application

To get started with the Bitsila Delivery app, you need to log in to the app. Once you log in, you will be directed to the dashboard.

Step 2: Create a Delivery Boys

a. To create a delivery boy, you need to go to the delivery module and select the delivery boy option.

b. This will take you to the delivery boys page. Here, you need to click on the Create New button to create a new delivery boy.

The Bitsila Delivery app allows for the creation of multiple delivery boy accounts for a single store.

c. On the creating page, you need to add the Details of the delivery boy, such as his name, mobile number, address, and other relevant details.

It is important to enter valid details, as they will be needed for verification and contacting purposes.

d. Once you have added all the details, click on create. The delivery person will be created on your account.

Step 3: Configure Delivery Boy for Your Outlet

a. Once the delivery boy is created, you need to configure him for your outlet.

b. To do this, go to the Business Module and select Outlet.

c. Choose your outlet and click on the edit button on the details page.

d. Scroll down to the Delivery Configuration tab and assign the created delivery boy. Click on Update to save the configuration.

Step 4: Accept and Prepare Order

When you receive a New Order, Accept it and Prepare the order. Mark the Order as Ready and assign the delivery boy to deliver the order.

Step 5: Notify Delivery Boy

Once you assign the delivery boy in the Bitsila app, he will be notified that a new order has arrived.

a. To receive the notification, the delivery person should download the Bitsila Delivery app using playstore.

b. Log in by adding the Account Name and Mobile Number.

Note: Mobile number must be valid

c. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification purposes.

Step 6: Pick Up Order and Change Order Status

After receiving a New Order, the store should Accept it, Prepare it, and Mark it as Ready for delivery.

Then, they should assign a delivery boy and select them in the Bitsila Delivery Application.

This will notify the Delivery Person of the new order.

The delivery person will then proceed to the store and pick up the order from where it was placed.

The store should change the order status to Assigned to Delivery Person to notify the customer that the order is ready for delivery.

Step 7: Deliver Order

Once the delivery person picks up the order, change the order status to order is Out for Delivery. In the Bitsila Delivery app, the delivery person can see the delivery location and delivery details. The delivery person can also check how many orders he has delivered or assigned.

Step 8: Receive Payment

Once the delivery boy reaches the delivery location, he can deliver or reject the order based on the customer requirements. Payment can be received Online or in Cash.

Step 9: Complete Order

To complete the order, tap on the Complete Order button. If the delivery person is in the exact location, the delivery will take place automatically. ||| Note: Once the order is delivered, the delivery person needs to take a photo of the delivery and upload it in the app.

Step 10: Comment or Reject Delivery

If the customer asks to deliver the order to a nearby location, the delivery person has to comment on the reason for not delivering the order to the exact location. If the delivery person cannot deliver the order for some reason, he can reject the delivery.

Step 11: Mark Order as Delivered

Once the order is delivered, the delivery person needs to mark the order as Delivered in the app.
