Leveraging the capabilities of importing and exporting inventory enables you to effectively manage your stock, facilitating bulk updates. By adhering to the instructions outlined below, you will gain the proficiency to effortlessly export inventory data, conveniently make offline modifications, and subsequently import the updated file into the application. This streamlined process ensures efficient stock management within the Bitsila application.

Step 1: Login to Bitsila Application:

Open the Bitsila application on your device.

Enter your login credentials to access your account.

After successful login, you will be directed to the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Business Module:

On the dashboard, locate and select the Business Module and click on the Outlets option.

Step 3: Select the Specific Outlet:

From the list of outlets, click on the particular outlet for which you want to Import or Export inventory.

Step 4: Export Inventory:

On the outlet page, navigate to the Items tab.

Click on the Export button to initiate the export process.

The system will generate a file containing the inventory data specific to the selected outlet.

Step 5: Download the Exported File:

Go to the Products Module in the application.

Select the Data Import and Export tab.

Click on the Download button to download the file containing the exported inventory data.

Step 6: Import Inventory:

Return to the Business Module and click on Outlets.

On the outlet page, go to the Items tab.

Click on the Import button to begin the import process.

Step 7: Upload the Exported File:

A pop-up screen will appear.

Select the appropriate Outlet from the dropdown menu.

Upload the previously exported Excel or CSV file containing the updated inventory data.

Click on the Import button to initiate the import process.

Step 8: Refresh the Page:

After the import process is complete, a pop-up page will appear.

Click on the Refresh button to update the outlet's inventory with the imported file.
