This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to confirm the receiving of stock requested from the warehouse as a distributor. By following these steps, you can accurately update the received quantity and change the status of the stock request to indicate acceptance. Properly confirming stock receiving requests ensures accurate inventory tracking and efficient order fulfillment.

Steps with Description

1. Login to the Distributor Portal:

   • Access the distributor portal using your login credentials.

   • Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.

2. Access Stock Requests:

   • On the dashboard, navigate to the Inventory section.

   • Click on Stock Request to access the stock request page.

3. Review Dispatched Stock Request:

   • In the stock request page, locate the stock request with the status changed to Dispatched.

   • Click on the specific stock request to proceed.

4. Edit the Stock Request:

   • On the stock request page, click on the Edit button.

   • Scroll down to find the Stock Request Items section.

   • Review the details of the stock request, including the requested quantity and the quantity sent by the warehouse.

5. Update Received Quantity:

   • In the Received Quantity column, enter the actual quantity of stock received from the warehouse.

   • If there are any discrepancies or issues with the received quantity, make the necessary updates.

   • Click on the Update button to save the changes.

Note: Ensure to accurately update the received quantity based on the actual stock received.

6. Change Status to Accept Stock Request:

   • Locate the action button in the right corner of the stock request page.

   • Click on it and select Change Status.

   • Change the status to Accept Stock Request to indicate the acceptance of the received stock.

Note: The "Accept Stock Request" status indicates that the stock receiving request has been confirmed.
