Steps with Description:
Login to Bitsila Application:
Launch the Bitsila application and log in using your Mobile Number and Password.
Navigate to Business Module:
Upon logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard. Click on the Business module and select Outlets.
Select Outlet and Access Settings:
Choose the outlet for which you want to enable auto sync for inventory.
Click on Settings for the selected outlet and choose Edit.
Configure Mapper Details:
Scroll down to find the Mapper Details section.
Select the Bt Mapper Key from the dropdown, such as SKU Code, Bar Code, or EAN Code. This is the format in which the inventory will be imported.
Enter the Import File Key, which is the header name for the corresponding column in your client's inventory sheet (e.g., SKU, BAR, or EAN Code).
Provide values for Stock, MRP, B2C Online Price, B2C POS Price, Batch Separator, and Import File Type to match your client's import file.
Click on Update to save the configurations.
Access Business Profile Preferences:
Click on the admin icon in the header.
Select Business Profile and go to the Preferences tab.
Click on Edit.
Configure Inventory Sync:
Scroll down to find the Inventory Sync Configuration section.
Choose the desired Inventory Sync in seconds. The system will start syncing inventory data after the selected time interval.
Select Inventory Sync File as Single File.
Enter the header name for the Store ID column in the excel sheet of your inventory data. Click on Update to save the preferences.
Navigate to Inventory Sync Module:
Go back to the dashboard.
Select the Inventory Sync module to proceed.
Inventory Auto Sync for Multiple Stores:
Click on All Inventory File:
Locate and click on the All Inventory File option in the inventory auto sync section.
This file contains all the inventory data for multiple outlets.
Understand All Inventory File:
The All Inventory File is a single file that holds inventory data for all your outlets.
The system will automatically break this file into individual outlet-specific files for import mapping.
Place the File in a Specific Folder:
Ensure that you place the All Inventory File in a designated folder.
The system will split the file and automatically create separate files for each outlet in the same folder.
Select the File with Outlets Inventory Data:
Choose the All Inventory File where all the outlets' inventory data is present.
Click on Open to proceed.
Access Outlet Inventory File:
Click on Outlet Inventory File to view the outlet-specific files that have been created after splitting.
Understand Outlet Inventory File:
The Outlet Inventory File represents the individual files for each outlet's inventory data.
These files are automatically created based on the All Inventory File."
Map Outlet Inventory Files:
The system maps the outlet inventory files to the respective outlets for automatic importing.
Any changes made to the file will be automatically imported by the system.
Identify Outlet-Specific Files:
As the "All Inventory File" contains data for 4 outlets, you will see 4 separate outlet-specific files in the list.
View Full Path of the File:
Click on Show Full Path to see the complete path of a specific outlet inventory file.
Reset Outlet Mapping (Optional):
If needed, you can reset the outlet inventory mapper configuration by clicking on Reset Outlet Mapping.
Select Outlet for Import:
Choose the specific outlet from the dropdown list for which you want to import inventory data.
Unmap Files (Optional):
To exclude any file from syncing for an outlet, click on the❌ button next to that file.
The file will not be synced for that particular outlet.
Initiate Auto Sync:
Click on Close to confirm the selection and click on Auto Sync it starts the automatic syncing process based on the configured settings.
Inventory Auto Sync for Specific Store:
Click on Outlet Inventory File:
In the inventory auto sync section, locate and click on Outlet Inventory File.
This option allows you to sync inventory data for a specific store.
Select Folder with Store Inventory Data:
After clicking on the Outlet Inventory File,choose the Select Folder option.
Browse and Choose Folder:
Browse your computer's directories and select the folder that contains the inventory data for the store you want to auto sync.
Ensure that the folder contains the relevant inventory data for the specific store.
Confirm Folder Selection:
Once you have chosen the folder with the store's inventory data, click on Select Folder.
Update and Initiate Import:
After selecting the folder, click on Update.
Choose the specific outlet from the dropdown list for which you want to import inventory data.
The system will initiate the import process for the inventory data from the selected folder.
Auto Sync Process:
Click on Auto Sync.
The auto sync process will begin, and the inventory data from the chosen folder will be automatically imported into the system.
