Overview
This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to check orders using the "View Only" option for both RSA (Retail Sales Area) and DO (Divisional Officer) users in the Bitsila application. The "View Only" option allows users to access and view order details without making any changes or actions.
Steps for RSA and DO Users:
Login to Bitsila Application
Launch the Bitsila application on your device.
Enter your username and password to log in to your account.
Access the Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the application's dashboard, which provides an overview of various modules and features.
Navigate to the OMS Module
Locate the OMS Module option on the dashboard. This module is typically used for order management.
Click on OMS Module to access the order-related features.
Select Orders
Within the OMS Module, you will find a list of options related to orders.
Click on the Orders option to view a list of orders.
Explore Order Icons
In the "Orders" section, you will notice several icons representing different filtering and actions. Here's what each icon does:
Outlet Icon: Allows you to select a specific outlet for viewing orders.
Calendar Icon: Enables you to filter orders by date, with the default set to "today."
Clock Icon: Helps define time slots for further filtering.
Eye Icon: Allows you to filter orders by source.
Orders Filter: Enables you to filter orders by their status.
Refresh Icon: Refreshes the page to display the most up-to-date information.
Switch to OMS: Allows you to switch to the Order Management System if needed.
A: Displays all orders.
N: Shows orders with a status of "NEW."
P: Displays orders in the status of "Accepted," "In-Preparation," "Ready," and "Out for Delivery."
C: Lists canceled, completed, and rejected orders.
⚠️: Highlights orders requiring actions.
+New: Allows you to create a new order outlet-wise.
View Order Details
Clicking on a particular order will display its details, including order status, payment status, and invoice information.
Access Actions
If necessary, you can perform specific actions on an order by clicking on the Action button for that order. These actions may include:
Canceling the order
Marking the order as complimentary
Initiating a refund
Sharing the order invoice
Accessing Bitsila Order Relay data
Printing the order
Printing a proforma invoice
Viewing order history
Adding a task related to the order
Updating order notes
Updating the reference number
Adding a note to the order
Finding a logistic partner
Canceling a logistic partner
