Overview

This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to place an order from a website as a dealer. By following these instructions, dealers can conveniently browse products, add items to their cart, choose order preferences, select a delivery date and time slot, and complete the order placement process. The guide aims to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering experience for website dealers.

Steps with Description

Go to the website:

  • Launch your preferred web browser.

  • Enter the website URL in the address bar and press Enter.

Login as a dealer:

  • Locate the Login button on the website.

  • Click on the Login button to initiate the login process.


Enter your Mobile Number and verify OTP:

  • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter your Mobile Number.

  • Enter your Mobile Number in the provided field.

  • Click on the Send OTP button to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile number.

  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile number into the designated field.

  • Click on the Verify OTP button to complete the login process.





Autofetch of details and item selection:

  • Once you have successfully logged in to the dealer portal, your details will be auto fetched from the database.

  • Browse the website to find the desired items you wish to order.

  • Select the item(s) by clicking on them to add them to your order.




Adjust quantity and review cart:

  • To adjust the quantity of an item, click on the ➕ icon to increase the quantity or click on the delete icon to remove it.

  • To review your selected items, click on the cart icon located in the website's header.

  • The cart page will display the items you have added to your cart.


Note: Verify that the selected items, quantities, and order preferences are correct before placing the order.

Choose order preferences:

  • On the cart page, select your preferred order preferences, such as Home Delivery, Curbside Pickup, or In-store Pickup.

  • If applicable, click on the Add/Edit Delivery Notes and Instructions option to provide any specific delivery instructions.



Select Delivery Date and Slot:

  • Choose the desired delivery date and time slot for your order.

  • Depending on availability, you may have options for express delivery or scheduling the order for a later date and choosing a time slot.


Select mode of payment:


Choose your preferred mode of payment, such as cash or online payment.

Place the order:

  • After reviewing your order details and ensuring all information is accurate, click on the Place Order button.

  • A pop-up screen will appear, confirming that your order has been accepted and providing you with an order number.


Order details and repeat order:


  • Scroll down on the confirmation page to view the order details, including item specifics and pricing.

  • If needed, you can repeat the order by clicking on the Repeat Order button
