Steps to cross-check items sent to ONDC


Step 1:

Login to your account on the Bitsila platform.


Step 2:

Click on the ONDC module on the dashboard to access the ONDC events page.





Step 3:

In the search tab, search for the city for which you want to cross-check the items sent to ONDC.




Step 4:

To filter the results, click on the Filters button and then select Search from the dropdown in the Request Action tab, select the relevant city code (such as 080 for Bangalore) in the City field and the appropriate buyer app in the Buyer App tab.




Step 5:

Click on the ID for the account that you want to cross-check the items for. This will take you to the event details page.



Step 6:

On the event details page, click on the Action button and select Export SKU Count.






After clicking on the export button, a file containing the outlet name and SKU count will be downloaded. Open the downloaded file to review the information and cross-check the items that have been sent to ONDC for the selected account.
