Bitsila Portal is a versatile platform designed to empower businesses in managing their presence and offerings on popular food delivery channels such as Swiggy, Zomato, and Magicpin. Whether it's enabling or disabling specific items, including those with customization or variant options, or streamlining the process through user-friendly filters, Bitsila Portal provides the tools needed for effective control and optimization of your outlet's presence in the digital food delivery landscape. This overview encapsulates the platform's core capabilities and its role in simplifying item management, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless experience for both businesses and customers.
Steps to Enable/Disable Items from Swiggy/Zomato/Magicpin Channel using Bitsila Portal:
1. Login to Bitsila Application:
Open the Bitsila application and log in with your credentials.
2. Access Business Module:
Once logged in, navigate to the Business Module.
3. Select Outlets:
Inside the Business Module, locate and click on the specific outlet for which you want to enable or disable items.
4. Navigate to Items Tab:
In the outlet details, look for the Items tab and click on it.
5. Search for Item:
Use the search bar provided on this page to enter either the item name or SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the item you wish to modify.
6. Access Item Options:
Find the item you want to enable or disable and click on the ellipsis (three-dot) button located next to that item.
7. Disable or Enable Item:
In the options menu, you will see two choices:
Click Disable CM to disable the item.
Click Enable CM to enable the item.
8. Confirm Your Action:
After selecting your desired action (disable or enable), click on the Confirm button to execute the operation.
9. Verify on Channel Portal:
Once you have disabled the item, log in to the respective channel portal (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, or Magicpin) to cross-check whether the item has been successfully disabled.
10. Check Is Aggregator Column
On the channel portal, look for the Is Aggregator column in the item details. This column will show either NO if the item is disabled or Yes if the item is enabled.
11. Item Status Confirmation
You will be able to see that the item has been successfully disabled or enabled on the channel portal based on the Is Aggregator column value.
12. Enable Item (if needed)
If you want to enable the item again, follow the same process as mentioned in steps 5 to 8 but click on Enable CM instead.
Steps to Enable/Disable Items with Customization/Variant Options using Bitsila Portal:
1. Access Business Module:
Log in to the Bitsila application, and from the dashboard, navigate to the Business Module.
2. Select Outlet:
Inside the Business Module, click on the particular outlet for which you want to manage item variants and customizations.
3. Go to Items Tab:
Under the outlet details, find and select the Items tab.
4. Locate Main Item with Variants/Customizations:
Using the search functionality, locate the main item code that has associated variants or customizations.
5. Access Item Options:
Once you find the main item, click on the ellipsis (three-dot) button located next to that item.
6. Edit Customization:
In the item options menu, select Edit Customization.
7. Disable Variant/Customization:
In the customization editing interface, you will see a list of variant or customization options. Uncheck the Is Aggregator column for the variant or customization you want to disable.
8. Update Changes:
After unchecking the "Is Aggregator" column, click on the Update button to save your changes.
9. Verify on Channel Portal (Disable):
To confirm that the variant or customization of the item has been disabled, log in to the respective channel portal (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, or Magicpin). Search for the item to see if the disabled variant or customization is no longer available.
10. Enable Variant/Customization (if needed)
If you want to enable the variant or customization again, repeat steps 4 to 8 but this time, check the Is Aggregator column for the variant or customization you want to enable.
11. Verify on Channel Portal (Enable)
After enabling the variant or customization, log in to the channel portal and search for the main item's variant or customization to confirm that it is now available for sale.
Steps to Manage Enable/Disable Items Using Filters in Bitsila Portal:
1. Log in to Bitsila Application:
Begin by logging in to the Bitsila application using your credentials.
2. Access Business Module:
Once logged in, navigate to the Business Module from the dashboard.
3. Select Outlet:
Inside the Business Module, choose the particular outlet for which you want to enable or disable items.
4. Go to Items Tab:
Under the outlet details, locate and click on the Items tab.
5. Access Filters:
On the Items page, you will find a Filters option. Click on it.
6. Filter by CM Status (Enabled):
In the Filters interface, find the "CM Status" option and select Enabled from the dropdown menu.
7. View Enabled Items:
After selecting "Enabled," click on "Done." This action will display all the enabled items in the Name column.
8. Disable an Item:
To disable an item, locate the item you wish to disable in the list of enabled items. You can either:
Click on the ellipsis (three-dot) button beside the item and choose "Disable," or
Click on Edit Customization and uncheck the item in the Aggregator column. This will disable the item on the channel.
9. Verify on Channel Portal (Disable):
To confirm that the item has been successfully disabled, visit the respective channel portal (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, or Magicpin).
10. Filter by CM Status (Disabled):
Return to the Filters interface and this time, select Disabled from the CM Status dropdown menu.
11. View Disabled Items:
After selecting "Disabled," click on Done to display all the disabled items in the "Name" column.
12. Enable an Item:
To enable a previously disabled item, find the item in the list of disabled items. You can either: - Click on the ellipsis (three-dot) button beside the item and choose "Enable," or - Click on "Edit Customization" and check the item in the "Aggregator" column. This will enable the item on the channel.
13. Verify on Channel Portal (Enable):
To confirm that the item has been successfully enabled, visit the respective channel portal.
