1.0 Overview
In response to the evolving landscape of account and outlet management across various TSPs, Bitsila is streamlining its integration process. This enhancement aims to optimize the workflow for account creation, integration with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), and the automated addition of outlets.
With this new feature, when the account is created, it could be directly added to ONDC with just few clicks, instead of configuring each and every detail like taxonomy.
Now, let’s take a look at the step-by-step procedure to understand how this feature works.
2.0 Step-by-Step Procedure
On the System side of Bitsila, follow the procedure of Sales Lead Creation and Create a Sales lead (https://bitsila.crisp.help/en/article/lead-registration-zsnrbz/?bust=1701669754616)
After creating the Sales Lead, Create an Account from that lead following the procedure. (https://bitsila.crisp.help/en/article/account-creation-from-a-sales-lead-complete-user-guide-135rjzf/?bust=1701669754626)
Once the Account is created, Navigate to the Accounts Module and Click on Accounts
Click on the newly created account.
Go to the Account Info Tab
Click on Edit
Upload the Images like the Logo of the Business
Update the Changes
Now Switch to the Newly created account
Navigate to the Business Module and Click on My Store
Under the Details Tab, Click on Edit
Enter the Address Details of the Outlet and Add the Logos and other images
Click on Update
Go to Settings tab
Click on Edit
In the pop-up navigate to the ONDC Details panel
Select the Default Delivery Mode
If you select the Default Delivery mode as Self or Self with Zero charge, you need to select the Self-delivery time. If you select the Default Delivery Mode as Third Party Logistics, Select the third party logistics partner in the dropdowns.
Select the RTS trigger time and Click on Update
Once the settings are updated, click on Actions Dropdown
Click on Map Outlets to ONDC Button
Go back to the System Side and Navigate to ONDC Module and Click on Accounts
In the list of Accounts, you can see the newly created account on the top.
The status should show Mapped
Click on Sync Latest Account Details, to make sure the changes are reflected to the Account
Click on Actions dropdown
Click on Change Status
Change the Status to On ONDC
Now go back to ONDC Module>> And Accounts, you can see the status of the Account as On ONDC, which means the account is reflected on ONDC
