This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and utilize the Bitsila application to create business partner logins, manage leads, create users, and create customer accounts. The guide aims to help business partners effectively use the application's features to enhance their operations.


Creating Business Partner Login in Bitsila Application

Step 1: Accessing the Dashboard

  • Log in to the Bitsila application using your admin credentials.

  • Upon successful login, you will be directed to the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigating to the Business Partner Creation

  • On the dashboard, locate and click on the Sales module. This module is where you can manage sales-related activities.

  • Within the 'Sales' module, find and click on the Business Partner section. This is where you can create new business partner accounts.




Step 3: Initiating Business Partner Creation

  • Within the Business Partner section, look for the Create New button and click on it. This action will initiate the process of creating a new business partner.




Step 4: Entering Business Partner Details

  • A form will appear, prompting you to provide essential details about the business partner.

  • Fill in the required information, including NameMobile NumberEmailGSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), PAN (Permanent Account Number), and a brief Description of the business partner.

  • Continue by entering the Primary Contact Details, which include the Contact Person's Name and their Mobile Number.

  • Enter the address details, including the current locationspecific Area Details, and Landmark for the business partner.

  • If applicable, you can upload the business partner's logo and relevant images that represent their identity and brand.

  • Once all the necessary details are provided and images are uploaded, locate the Create button at the bottom of the form and click on it. This will create a new business partner account.






Step 5: Changing Business Partner Status

  • After creation, the business partner's status will be Pending, meaning it's awaiting activation.

  • To activate the business partner, find the action button located at the right corner of the business partner's entry.

  • Click on the action button and choose the Change Status option.

  • Select Active to activate the business partner's account.






Step 6: Editing Business Partner Details

  • If you need to make any modifications to the business partner's details, you can do so by clicking on the Edit button associated with the business partner's entry.




Step 7: Creating Leads

  • To create leads for the newly created business partner, return to the dashboard.

  • Navigate to the 'Sales' module and locate the ➕ icon. Click on it to create a new lead.


Note: Newly created business partners will have a default status of "Pending." Until their status is updated to "Active," they will not have the ability to log in to the system. This ensures that only business partners and their users with an "Active" status can access and utilize the functionalities of the application.


Creating Users in Bitsila Application - Business Partner Account


Step 1: Logging in as a Business Partner

  • Log in to the Bitsila application using your business partner account credentials.




Step 2: Accessing the Sales Module

  • After logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard. Navigate to the Sales module by selecting it from the available options.




Step 3: Selecting Business Partner

  • Within the 'Sales' module, locate and click on the Business Partner section. This section is where you manage various aspects of business partner-related activities.




Step 4: Navigating to User Creation

  • Click on Business Partner ID: Click on the business partner's ID in the table. This action will take you to the business partner's Details page.




Step 5: Accessing User Management

  • On the business partner's profile page, you will find a menu or tab related to Users. Click on this option to access user management for this business partner.




Step 6: Initiating User Creation

  • Inside the 'Users' section, find and click on the Create New button. This action will begin the process of adding a new user.


Step 7: Entering User Details

  • Name, Mobile Number, and Email: Fill in the user's Name, Mobile Number, and Email. These details are essential for user identification and communication.

  • Date of Birth (DOB): Enter the user's date of birth.

  • Gender: Specify the user's gender (e.g., Male, Female, Other).

  • KYC Documents: If required, upload the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for verification purposes.

  • Create Password: Set a password for the user's account.

  • Upload Avatar: Optionally, upload an avatar image that represents the user.






Step 8: Completing User Creation

  • Once all the user details are entered and documents uploaded, click on the Create button. This will initiate the user creation process.


Step 9: User Status

  • After user creation, the user's status will be Pending, indicating that the account is awaiting activation.




Step 10: Activating the User

  • Locate User: In the list of users, locate the user for whom you want to change the status.

  • Ellipsis Button: Next to the user's ID, you will find an ellipsis button (typically represented as three dots). Click on this button.




Step 11: Changing User Status

  • From the options presented, select Active. This will change the user's status to active, enabling them to access the application and its features.


Step 12: Completing the Process

  • You have successfully created a new user within the Bitsila application using your business partner account. The user is now active and can start utilizing their account.

Creating a Lead in Bitsila Application:


Within the 'Sales' module, locate and click on the ➕ icon. This icon typically signifies the option to create a new lead.


Step 1: Entering Basic Information

  • Enter the NameMobile Number, and Email of the client who is requesting a lead.

  • Click on the Get Bitsila button to proceed to the next step.




Step 2: Verifying OTP

  • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the provided mobile number.

  • Enter the OTP in the designated field.

  • Click on the Verify OTP button to validate the OTP and proceed.




Step 3: Providing Client Business Details

  • Enter the Industry TypeBusiness Categories, and Business Name for the client's business.

  • Note that the outlet's domain name URLs will be based on the provided business name.

  • Once the information is entered, click on the Next button to proceed.






Step 4: Adding Business Address

  • Enter AddressApartment/Shop NumberArea Details, and Landmark for the business's physical location.

  • Click on the Next button to move on to the next step.




Step 5: Entering Additional Business Details

  • Enter and upload other business-related details such as GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), PAN (Permanent Account Number), and Logo.

  • Select Order Preferences and a Default Catalog as applicable for the business.

  • Once all details are selected and uploaded, click on the Next button.






Step 6: Selecting Subscription Plan

  • Choose an appropriate Subscription Plan that suits the client's business requirements.

  • Proceed to the next step by clicking on the Next button.




Step 7: Setting Business Timings

  • Select the Business Timings for each day of the week. You can click on the time slots to set opening and closing times.

  • If needed, you can delete a specific day's timings by clicking on the Delete icon next to that day.

  • Once the timings are set, move on to the next step.




Step 8: Adding Delivery Slots

  • Click on the ➕ icon to add multiple Delivery Slots for different time intervals.

  • To remove a specific delivery slot, click on the Delete icon associated with that slot.




Step 9: Creating the Lead

  • After all the necessary information is provided and settings are configured, click on the Create Lead button to initiate lead creation.




Post-Lead Creation: Viewing Lead Details

  • Upon successful lead creation, a sales lead will be generated in the system.

  • To view the details of a specific lead, locate the lead's number in the table of leads.

  • Click on the lead number to access comprehensive details about the lead and its associated information.




Creating Account for a Lead in Bitsila Application


Step 1: Accessing Account Creation (Business Partners Only)

  • Only business partners have the ability to create accounts in the Bitsila application. Log in using your business partner account credentials.


Step 2: Viewing Leads

  • After logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard. Navigate to the 'Sales' module and click on Sales Leads. This is where you can view leads created by users or business partners.




Step 3: Exporting Data and Using Filters (Optional)

  • In the 'Sales Leads' section, you can export lead data by clicking on the 'Export' option.

  • Utilize filters to refine the displayed leads. You can use various supported filters such as time period, locations, users, status, etc., to narrow down the leads you want to view.


Step 4: Creating a Customer Account

  • Select a Lead: Click on the specific lead you want to create an account for. This could be a lead created by a user or a business partner.

  • Reject Request: If you encounter invalid details and choose not to proceed with the account creation, you have the option to decline the lead by clicking on 'Reject Request'.


Step 5: Initiating Account Creation

  • In the lead details page, find the Actions button located in the right corner. Click on this button to reveal a list of actions you can perform.


Step 6: Clicking on 'Create Account'

  • From the list of actions, select Create Account. This will initiate the process of creating an account based on the lead.




Step 7: Verifying Entered Details

  • A form will appear, displaying the entered details from the lead.

  • Review the entered details to ensure accuracy and completeness.


Step 8: Moving to the Next Step

  • Once you have verified the details, click on the Next button. This will allow you to proceed with the account creation process.




Step 9: Making Changes

  • If the client has requested any changes to the details you've entered, you can make the necessary adjustments at this stage.


Step 10: Finalizing Account Creation

  • After verifying and possibly adjusting the details, click on the Create Account button. This action will finalize the account creation process.




Step 11: Successful Account Creation

Congratulations! You have successfully created an account based on the lead's details. The new account is now established within the application and can be utilized by the client.

Q. How do I activate a user's account?

A. After creating a user, their status is 'Pending.'

Click on the ellipsis button next to the user's ID.

Choose 'Active' to activate the user's account.
