This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create dealers/resellers in the Bitsila application. By following these instructions, you can effectively add new B2B customers, such as dealers, franchisees, distributors, agencies, retailers, and shop-in-shop businesses. The guide aims to help you seamlessly create dealer profiles with all the necessary details and activate them for business operations.

Steps with Description:

  • Login to the Bitsila application:

    • Access the Bitsila application using your credentials.

    • Once logged in, you will land on the dashboard.

  • Access the Business Module:

    • On the dashboard, navigate to the Business Module.

    • Look for the option B2B Customers and click on it.

  • Create a new dealer:

    • Within the B2B Customers section, locate the Create New button and click on it.

    • This will initiate the process of creating a new dealer profile.

  • Enter dealer details:

    • Fill in the necessary details for the dealer, such as:

      • Name

      • Type (select from the dropdown options: dealer, franchisee, distributor, agency, retailer, shop in shop)

      • Country code

      • Mobile number

      • Email ID

      • PAN (Permanent Account Number)

      • GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number)

  • Configure margin:

    • Enter the margin configuration details:

      • Select the margin type from the dropdown.

      • Enter the margin percentage.


Note: Ensure that all the required information is accurately entered for each dealer.

  • Provide primary contact details:

  • Enter the primary contact person's information:

    • Name

    • Country code

    • Contact number

    • Email ID

    • Designation

  • Address details:

    • Select the location.

    • Enter the office details, including the floor number/building number and office area details.

  • Payment configuration:

    • Select the payment frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) from the dropdown.

    • Choose the payment day from the dropdown.

  • Set balance, credit limit, and notify limit:

    • Enter the balance amount.

    • Set the credit limit.

    • Specify the notify limit.

  • Assign a salesperson:

    • Select the salesperson details from the dropdown.

  • Store details:

    • In the Fulfillment Stores tab, choose the relevant outlet/store associated with the dealer.

    • Fulfillment stores refer to the physical outlets where business transactions will take place.

  • Create the dealer:

    • Once all the details are entered, click on the Create button to create the dealer profile.

    • The created dealer will be in the proposed status.


Note: Review the details before activating the dealer's profile.

  • Activate the dealer:

    • To make the dealer profile active, click on the Action button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

    • Select Change Status and choose Active from the dropdown options.

    • The dealer's profile will be activated for business operations.
