This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to raise account creation requests for individuals who want to join or start a business with your organization. By following these steps, users can create an account by providing their business details, contact information, compliance documents, and necessary attachments. Once the request is submitted, it will be verified by the distributor before further processing.

Steps with Description:

  1. Access the Portal:

    • Visit the portal for your organization.

  2. Login or Create a New Account:

    • If you already have an account, click on the Login option.

    • Enter your mobile number to log in.

    • If you don't have an account, click on Create New.

  1. Select Role and Enter Future Details:

    • Choose your role or purpose for joining.

    • Enter your future business details as requested.

    • Click on Continue to proceed.

  1. Enter Business Information:

    • Provide the business namemobile numberemailPAN (Permanent Account Number), and GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number).

  1. Add Address:

    • Click on Add New Address to enter the business address details.

    • Fill in the required fields accurately.

    • Click on Save and Continue to proceed.

  1. Enter Contact Details:

    • Enter the contact person's name, mobile number, and role.

    • Click on Save and Continue to proceed.

  1. Provide Compliance Documents:

    • Enter the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) number if applicable.

    • Upload copies of relevant bills and a canceled cheque.

    • Click on the ➕ symbol to add attachments.

    • Click on Save and Continue to proceed.


Note: Provide the required compliance documents and attachments for proper verification.

  1. Submit the Request:

    • A pop-up screen will appear, thanking you for registering.

    • The screen will indicate that someone will reach out to you shortly.

    • Click on Submit or Confirm to finalize the account creation request.

  2. Verification by Distributor:

    • The distributor or authorized personnel will receive a notification about the account creation request.

    • They will review and verify the dealer's request before proceeding.

Note: The verification process may take some time, so be patient during the review phase.
