The following are the steps for adding a warehouse in the Bitsila application:

Step 1: Login to Bitsila Application

Open the Bitsila application and login to your account. This will take you to the dashboard.

Step 2: Select Procurement Module

• On the dashboard, click on the Procurement Module.

• In the procurement module, select the Warehouses option.

Step 3: Click on Create New Button

Click on the Create New button to add a new warehouse.

Step 4: Add Details

• Enter the Details of the Warehouse, such as Outlet Name, Type (select warehouse), Primary Contact Details, Packaging Charge Details, Address Details, and Other Required Information.

• Upload any Required Documents for the warehouse.

• Click on the Create button to create the new warehouse.

Step 8: Click on Confirm

Review the details you have entered and click on Confirm.

Step 9: Add Items to the Warehouse

Go to the Items tab on the dashboard and click on the Particular Item that you want to add to the warehouse.

Step 10: Click on Stores Tab

• On the overview page, click on the Stores tab.

• Click on the add stores button.

Step 11: Select the Store

Select the Store where you want to add the item and click on the Add button.

Step 12: Change Status to Active

Once you have added the store, it will be in Pending Status. Click on the Action Button, select the Change Status option, and change the status to Active.

Step 1: Go to Procurement Tab

On the dashboard, go to the Procurement tab.

Step 2: Select Warehouses Option

In the procurement tab, select the Warehouses option.

Step 3: Click on Particular Item

Click on the Particular Item where you want to add items.

Step 4: Click on Items Tab

• On the overview page, click on the Items tab.

• Click on the Add Items button.

Step 5: Select Category and Click on Add Button

Select the Category of the item you want to add and click on the Add button.

Step 6: Click on Confirm

Review the items you have added and click on Confirm.

Note: Make sure that you have selected the correct items and stores before confirming. Once you have confirmed, you cannot undo the changes.
